Greetings all. Just got word that Cuzen, makers of those sexy matcha machines, will be doing a pop-up plus talk on “Finding the Ultimate Matcha” at the upcoming Specialty Coffee Expo in Chicago, happening at McCormick Place on April 12-14 – coffeeexpo.org
I’ve not gotten my hands on a Cuzen yet, but they have a pretty great reputation from the folks I’ve worked with. For those unfamiliar, I’ll put more info below but the gist is… Cuzen makes a unique and innovative countertop machine that turns tencha into a perfect bowl of freshly ground and whisked matcha. Incredible! Really looking forward to checking them out. Technology is rad!

Cuzen Matcha, known for changing the game on fresh matcha prep, has garnered a great reputation for their innovation. Their machines promise a fresh, high-quality matcha. Think farm-to-bowl. And yet, despite the buzz, some of us have still yet to experience the Cuzen firsthand. Annnnd, legit pretty excited about it. Could a coffee expo actually techify our daily matcha rituals?!? 🙊
Personally, I love tech+kitchen gadgets. So add matcha to that mix and I can barely keep my pants on. (?🤦🤷♀️)
