If you like it sweet… order it as is
If you love matcha more than sugar… order it without the lavender (or ask for just a little). That’s what I ordered and it was still plenty sugary enough for me. But it did have considerable matcha flavor.
They use Jade Leaf pre sweetened matcha powder.
